It was all about Black Love, last night, at the VIP screening of ‘Southside With You’ hosted by your digital girlfriends, us!

Tastemakers, influencers and celebrities like June Ambrose, Ty Hunter, Malik Yoba, Nyemiah Supreme, Hill Harper, Vicky Judy, Michaela Angela Davis, Peal Thusi were in attendance at the swanky NYC gem NeueHeaus.

Tika Sumpter was glowing when she arrived for the Q+A, moderated by #Teambeautiful’s Keyaira Kelly. Her co-star Parker Sawyers owned the room with his tall, slender frame and Barack Obama-like mannerisms.

Before premiering “Southside With You,” we debuted our #BlackLove franchise that features three couples sharing their first date experiences.

Director Richard Tanne, Tika and Parker discussed the importance of producing more Black films that highlight Black love stories.
