Numbers of Surveillance Cameras Continue to Rise

Since day one of 2016, if you have been on the ground in Baltimore City, you may have been captured by a camera overhead as foxbaltimore.com reports

On Wednesday afternoon, the Baltimore Police Department acknowledged its contract with Ohio-based Persistent Surveillance System, which has been flying surveillance aircraft over the city for as many as 10 hours a day.
