President Trump and House Republicans are attending a retreat at the Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Harbor East on Thursday.

This will be his first time in Baltimore since criticizing the city and Rep. Elijah Cummings.

DOT is urging drivers to avoid downtown and Harbor East Thursday evening.

According to the Department of Transportation, drivers are urged to avoid downtown south of Baltimore Street between MLK Blvd and North Central Avenue from 4 until 8:30 p.m.
