Al Galdi discusses the multiple reports from Monday night that Washington Football Team Cornerback Quinton Dunbar wants to be traded or released.

Early yesterday, Washington Football Team insider JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington that Dunbar was planning on skipping OTAs this offseason due to having no guaranteed money left on his contract and having seen what happened with linebacker Reuben Foster in the 2019 offseason, when he suffered what now is believed to be a torn left ACL, LCL and MCL and nerve damage on the third snap of the Washington Football Team’s first OTA practice of 2019.

ESPN Washington Football Team insider John Keim and Washington Football Team insider Kareem Copeland of The Washington Post reported that Dunbar had talked with the Washington Football Team’s previous administration about an extension, but that per a source said there had been no contact with the Washington Football Team since Ron was hired.

Then Washington Football Team insider JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington tweeted out comments from Dunbar, who said of Ron Rivera and his staff, “I don’t know them and they don’t know me. It is what it is.”

Dunbar has one year left on his contract, with a base salary of $3.25 million – none of which is guaranteed. He also has a roster bonus worth up to $250,000.
