The DC area will be under a heat advisory again today.  The National Weather Service says the advisory will be in effect from noon until 8 p.m.  The high temperature is expected to be in the mid to upper 90s with heat index values between 100 and 105.  Meanwhile, the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments still has a Code Orange air quality alert posted, meaning that the air will be unhealthy for those in sensitive groups.
