Maryland HBCU Football rivals Morgan State and Bowie State kicked off the 2010 College Football season Labor Day Weekend in Baltimore and SportsGroove TV and Sports One Television was there. Mark Gray has the story of the free state’s Black College Football Classic from Charm City.
