Baltimore City Council is expected to vote on acting police chief Darryl De Sousa’s nomination during a council meeting today (February 26). The acting commissioner has reiterated many times before that he wants to regain the public’s trust is a top priority, citing the recent federal trial uncovered corruption within the department.
