WASHINGTON (WUSA) – DC Police are looking into yet another sex assault on the Georgetown University campus.

Officials tell9 NEWS NOW the incident occurred around 4:00 Tuesday morning in the 3700 block of O Street on campus. Police say a woman woke up to find a man had entered her room and crawled into bed with her. The man inappropriately touched the woman and fled the scene when she awoke.

Police officials believe the intruder entered the residence through a window.

Another assault happened on campus early Sunday in the 1200 block of 33rd Street. Police say a man crept inside the home and laid down with the woman. The man fled the scene when the woman ordered him out of the home.

The front door of the home was left unlocked

At this time police are not officially linking the latest incident with the string of sexual assaults that have occurred on campus that have been perpetrated by the so-called “Campus Cuddler”.
