Government Auctioning Vacation Home Of Convicted Tax Fraudster

(Washington, DC)  —  The federal government is auctioning off a Virgin Islands vacation home forfeited by convicted DC Tax Office fraudster Harriette Walters.  

Walters masterminded the near 50-million-dollar scheme which involved the approval of bogus tax refunds.  She has been sentenced to 17-and-a-half years in prison.  The minimum starting bid for the St. Thomas vacation home is just over 212-thousand dollars.  You can check out property number 417290 at http://www.bid4assets.com <http://www.bid4assets.com> .  The auction begins on July 27th.
