Nine Days, Nine Murders

Investigators in Maryland believe some sort of personal dispute led to a fatal shooting, and they’re trying to identify a suspect. A 21-year-old Forestville man, Corteza Livingston, was killed and a second victim was wounded. Prince George’s County Police said the other person’s injuries were not life-threatening. They were called after 9:00 o’clock Saturday night to the 3100 block of Dynasty Drive in Forestville where they found Livingston with a gunshot wound. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital. It was the second homicide of the day in Prince George’s and the county’s ninth in the year’s first nine days.
