James Lewis III host of The Lance Jay Radio Network is an experienced veteran behind the microphone. Starting with a small sports & hip-hop podcast in 2015, James grew his audience organically and has hosted weekend shows on ESPN Radio in Philadelphia and NBC Sports Radio in Phoenix. During his ascent within the media realm, James was also advancing his healthcare executive career while serving as a Vice President within the Blue Cross Blue Shield system leading clinical verticals and nine-figure portfolios.

In 2020, the Covid-19 Pandemic ended sports for 4 months. During this time, James pivoted towards national news/political topics and began to share his healthcare expertise launching The Lance Jay HealthCast. The new format was a podcast version of his radio show focused on Social Determinants of Health and Clinical Leadership. During the ensuing months, The Lance Jay Radio Network began to combine the pop culture and corporate sides of the platform perfecting the format. James has healthcare interviewed industry giants like John Gorman, Mark Fabiano & Hassan Rifaat in addition to the hip hop legends on the traditional radio show like Gillie Da Kid, Pete Rock and Clipse making him one of the most versatile hosts in the country

In 2020, James left the executive chair at Blue Cross and launched Paragon 7ven Studios & Consulting Group which has the core competencies of influencing healthcare media while assisting managed care plans with their strategic approach to Medicare/Medicaid product lines. His experience spans over 15 years at various levels of responsibility for Quality, Clinical Operations, Wellness, Risk Adjustment and STAR Rating initiatives. “The” Lance Jay Radio Network’s flagship station is The Mighty 1470AM in Nashville, TN. In September of 2021, James forged a partnership with Urban One to air on WOL 1450AM & 95.9FM in the Washington D.C. market. With outstanding sponsors such as U.S. Hunger, Engagent Health, Insightin Health and Industrious Office, The Lance Jay Show is in full expansion mode and looking to move into other large media markets that are healthcare hubs.
